Directions
1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. 2. Soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes. 3. Boil water in a pot. 4. Add the rice to the boiling water in a 1:2 ratio (1 part rice to 2 parts water). 5. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. 6. Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
